If you want a specific coloring - feel free to order online and add lot. number iAdd note to your orderin the basket. Please write what we should do if we no longer have it. Unfortunately, we cannot check coloring in advance.

When you buy a digital knitting pattern, it can be downloaded directly from the payment page or via a link in the email once you have completed your purchase. If the pattern is part of a knitting kit, it will only be received via link via email.

You can return your order via our returns portal. We have a 60-day extended right of return on yarn (except sale items) and a 14-day right of return on accessories. Read more about return conditions here.

We cannot offer a direct exchange. If you want to buy other items, you must make a new order. Exchanges can be offered in a physical store, as long as you have a receipt and the returned goods meet our conditions for the right of return.
